Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical, Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering degree program.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; transcript required each term.
• Must be able to work part-time (20 hours/week) while taking classes; not eligible for virtual work.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) before first rotation; valid US driver's license; ITAR data access clearance and U.S. citizen for site access.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Support project schedules, milestones, budgets, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify process improvements and equipment performance enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project deliverables.
