Job summary

CHT USA is seeking a Process Engineer to design, develop, and maintain safe and sustainable processes using LEAN/Six Sigma principles. You will ensure PSM compliance, lead improvement projects, and coordinate with R&D, safety, quality, and finance for cost-effective production enhancements.

The role requires 1–3 years of process engineering experience with a PM focus, and familiarity with chemical blending. Moderate travel may be required as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of process engineering with a project management focus.
• 1–3 years of chemical blending experience (emulsions/silicone preferred).
• Experience with PSM programs and handling highly hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects with R&D collaboration.
• Coordinate with safety, quality, regulatory, and production teams.
• Review and scale up production lines and plan cost-effective processes.
• Plan and conduct process improvement experiments.
• Provide training and support during startups and changes.
