Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 4–7 years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Experience with process engineering and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with process troubleshooting and problem solving
• Knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and product quality
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence improvements

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality and output
• Diagnose and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive efficiency and cost reduction
• Develop process flow diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Partner with design, quality, maintenance, operations, IT and engineering teams for integration
• Support new product introduction, process scale-up and validation
• Ensure machinery and processes operate within established parameters
• Provide guidance and training on process changes and best practices
