Job summary

Qualifications include a chemical/industrial engineering background and 2–5 years in manufacturing, plus strong data analysis and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity. Reading campus location; travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement new or modified production processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for deviations or complaints.
• Monitor key process metrics and generate regular leadership reports.
• Support commissioning of new equipment and ERP-related data accuracy.
