Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of engineering experience, ceramics/mechanical/industrial preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is emphasized.
• Experience with process improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve yields and process flow.
• Lead problem solving using structured methods and DFMEA to reduce variation.
• Support technology transfers to meet production requirements.
• Develop plant engineering and manufacturing teams with training and guidance.
• Analyze equipment performance and improve resource utilization.
