Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Lean Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve yields and flow.
• Lead problem solving on process issues using SPS/PCS/DFMEA.
• Support technology transfers to meet production requirements.
• Document, train, and guide plant teams on improvements.
• Maintain safety standards and collaborate across diverse teams.
