Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in similar discipline.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundational design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Support process documentation and data collection on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers on process development and NPI activities.
• Set up or update BOM and routings, production drawings, and tooling.
• Support SPC and PCS to maintain product and process quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions.
