Syensqo in Anaheim, CA is seeking a site-based process engineer to lead manufacturing projects that drive continuous improvement, resolve chronic issues, and introduce new or relocated products. You will partner with the global process engineering team to deploy best practices across composite materials manufacturing.

The role offers a clear development path within a technical and operational management track, with a competitive U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Experience in quality/process engineering in manufacturing.
Electrical, programming, process monitoring and/or automation implementation experience preferred.
Continuous improvement background with root cause analysis.
Experience in composite/adhesive material manufacturing or similar continuous web industries.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
5–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/process engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead site-based process engineering projects to drive continuous improvement.
Resolve chronic manufacturing issues and introduce new or relocated products.
Support and deploy global process engineering best practices and standards across sites.
Support capital investments and technology common across Composite Materials Manufacturing sites.
Promote an observable culture of process safety, quality, and customer service.
Manage short-term tactical requests while leading long-term strategic projects.
