Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience required; Six Sigma a plus.
  • Experience supporting equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Lead scrap reduction, yield improvement, and productivity initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify process improvements.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support equipment installations, capital projects, and operational upgrades.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve plant performance.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and process optimization efforts.
  • Travel up to 20% to support projects at other facilities.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
  • 5+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement experience
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
  • Experience within metals manufacturing, stamping, fabrication, processing, or industrial production environments preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing experience required; Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting equipment installations, process improvements, and capital projects
