Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance/Process Engineer to improve and develop systems and equipment that meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional process improvements, mentor technicians, and apply advanced problem-solving tools to drive value across OFP sites.
The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and implementing better practices, with opportunities to influence standard maintenance plans and collaborate on global initiatives within a legacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in maintenance, design, process improvement preferred.
- Knowledge of instrument & electrical, mechanical, control/SCADA/PLCs, RCA & RCM preferred.
- Experience planning/organizing/executing maintenance with cross-functional teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor peers, Engineering personnel and Process Maintenance Technicians.
- Lead cross-functional process improvements.
- Develop plans to improve performance of processes or systems using Six Sigma green belt concepts.
- Develop and manage project budgets for improvements.
- Support implementation of better practices and share knowledge across OFP sites.
