Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a process engineering professional to ensure new processes and equipment meet global standards. You will participate in global teams to design, qualify, and ramp up equipment and processes with a focus on reliability of process control systems.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations, develop automation standards, and support audits, while advancing cLEAN/Six Sigma initiatives across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• Associates degree with 7+ years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging systems.
• High School/GED with 9+ years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging systems.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, and/or packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with local & global project teams to ensure process design meets local and global standards.
• Develop interface agreements and align requirements with equipment vendors.
• Maintain and improve process control systems and automation standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturing schedules to plan and execute improvements.
• Assist with managing expenses for maintaining and improving process control systems.
• Develop and maintain automation standards, specs, and maintenance plans.
• Support audits and inspections as SME for process control systems.
