Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a seasoned engineer to drive improvements across core processes in a Durham, NC facility. The role emphasizes people and process focus, equipment optimization, and governance to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor maintenance staff, and deploy Six Sigma and lean methodologies to improve performance and reliability across the OFP portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years in engineering-related roles with maintenance or process improvement preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project budgeting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor peers, Engineering personnel & Process Maintenance Technicians.
• Support technical development of staff and area specialists.
• Apply advanced lean tools to solve problems and manage projects.
