Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum five years in engineering maintenance, design or process improvement preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor peers, engineering personnel and maintenance technicians.
• Support development of technicians and area specialists.
• Use lean tools for problem solving and change management.
• Lead cross‑functional process improvements.
• Develop plans to improve performance using green belt concepts.
• Develop and manage budgets for process improvements.
• Support event response activities and knowledge sharing across OFP sites.
• Maintain standards for procedures and maintenance plans.
