The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with relevant experience and possesses knowledge of Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, and SCADA/PLC systems, plus Six Sigma Green Belt would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Alternate degree paths accepted with relevant maintenance or design experience.
• Knowledgeable in instrument/electrical, mechanical, and process control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor peers and shopfloor personnel.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements and problem solving.
• Develop plans to improve process performance using Six Sigma concepts.
• Manage project budgets for improvements.
• Support safety and environmental requirements.
