Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks a Process Control Engineer to ensure new processes and equipment meet global standards and URS/IFA criteria. You will collaborate with local and international teams to design compliant processes, improve control systems, and support qualification activities as a subject-matter expert.

The role emphasizes project management, Lean/Six Sigma practices, and ongoing maintenance planning within a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering/related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of five years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, &/or packaging systems.
• Knowledge of SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL, Historian; SAP EWM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designs comply with local & global standards.
• Develop plans to maintain & improve process control systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to meet URS & IFA requirements.
• Support audits & inspections as SME for process control systems.
• Develop and maintain automation standards, specifications & maintenance plans.
