Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–5+ years of engineering experience in maintenance, design or process improvement.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and control systems; RCA a plus.
• Experience planning and executing maintenance with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development of maintenance technicians.
• Improve performance of a production line using process improvement methods.
• Lead projects affecting a line, including project management.
• Support event response activities and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate on global initiatives and maintain document standards.
