Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC, is seeking an engineer or technical professional to provide routine support and troubleshooting for the manufacturing facility. The role focuses on improving system and equipment reliability to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.

Reports to a Manager or Senior Manager; responsibilities include validation/verification, equipment/ process quality, and supporting improvement projects with cross-functional teams, across shifts, while maintaining GMP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant technical field required with 1 year of engineering/technical experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 3 years of experience preferred in GMP environment.
• High School Diploma with 5 years of engineering/technical experience preferred in GMP environment.
• Experience with design of requirements documents a plus.
• Functional knowledge in assigned area.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of FDA regulatory expectations a plus.
• Experience with Process Control Systems a plus.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations.

• Support validation and verification within area
• Ensure quality of equipment and processes
• Support process improvement project for assigned area
• Support manufacturing operations and provide technical support to operating facilities to meet goals
