Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Process Engineer in Aurora, CO to join the Operations Department and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on advanced loss analysis, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel; Power BI a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently within manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of advanced loss analysis, validating root causes and driving resolution.
  • Support design improvements with OEMs, develop URS, and manage the engineering change pipeline to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Develop and refine analytical tools, dashboards, and data models to monitor performance and support root-cause investigations at the factory level.
  • Contribute to factory-level improvement projects and support global productivity and NCI initiatives.
  • Lead, facilitate, and build capabilities of relevant IM tools, ensuring standards of manufacturing processes are maintained and improved.
