Job summary

Jobtailor in Sanford, ME seeks a manufacturing process improvement professional responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance. You will report to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and lead projects that streamline operations.

Responsibilities include creating work instructions, mapping value streams, training supervisors, and collaborating with safety and engineering teams to uphold plant standards and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering preferred, as listed in requirements.
• Excellent listening, interpretation and reasoning skills required.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Continuous Improvement Tools.

Requirements

• Work schedule can exceed 40 hours when required.
