Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 0–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis of large data sets.
• Proficiency with SQL and data-analytics tools; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of JMP, Qlik, Power Query or equivalent tools.
• Willingness to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own technical ownership of assigned process areas and apply engineering expertise to stabilize and improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data to identify issues and optimize yield, reduce scrap, and lower costs.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, technical support, and hands-on troubleshooting to operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with operations to meet department KPIs.
• Manage engineering and capital projects as assigned.
• Industrialize and scale up new processes and products in the area.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, and Sales to meet business objectives.
