Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1+ years experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and Statistical Process Control.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and the development of work instructions.

  • Utilize statistical process control methodologies to monitor, control, and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, reduce costs, and improve overall manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products into the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
  • Develop and update work instructions, PFMEAs, and other documentation to ensure clear and efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Train and guide production staff on new processes and improvements.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
