Momentive Technologies seeks a Process Engineer to join the Highland Quartz plant operations, supporting high-purity quartz production for semiconductor applications. You will work with engineering and production teams to optimize processes, ensure safety, quality, and cost effectiveness, and contribute to new product introductions.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, process reliability, and collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, and external resources, with travel <10% and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Capital project management skills with engagement and management of internal and external resources.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Demonstrated team contribution and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Operations and Maintenance teams to support Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Organizational Development.
• Support Continuous Improvement culture through leadership, training, and collaboration.
• Lead identification, mitigation, and elimination of safety exposures.
• Ensure EHS compliance and improvement.
• Establish and maintain production procedures, maintenance procedures, process control, and test data.
• Assist in development of new products and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
