Job summary

Momentive is seeking a Process Engineer to own production area performance, resolve daily issues, support operators, and drive continuous improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer global process technology and manage NPI/NPT as needed.

The role requires on-site presence five days per week. You will lead safety, quality and reliability initiatives, optimize planning with the SIOP team, and ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
6+ years of industry experience.
Strong safety consciousness, EHS awareness in chemical processing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Experience with process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with SAP, DCS, and ISO systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead area compliance with EHS regulations and site safety requirements.
Ensure legal and internal standards for occupational, plant safety, environmental and health protection.
Produce scheduled, quality-oriented manufacture and optimize planning with SIOP.
Troubleshoot operations related to production, quality, reliability and emergencies.
Lead process development and apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve metrics.
Implement change controls and document management (MOC).
