Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in chemical engineering or closely related field.
• Strong technical skills in synthetic organic chemistry and laboratory experience.
• Experience applying crystallization process design and heat/mass transfer fundamentals.
• Familiarity with PAT tools and solid‑state characterization.

Responsibilities

• Generate process design and unit operation knowledge for small molecules.
• Ensure scale‑up of processes using engineering principles and equipment knowledge.
• Design and execute lab experiments for crystallization process design and optimization.
• Develop drug substance processes and manufacturing technologies for API properties.
• Leverage PAT and continuous processing to improve crystallization processes.
• Transfer process knowledge to internal/external sites and provide technical oversight.
