• Pharmaceutical sector experience preferred; other sectors acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operation development and process optimization for synthetic drugs.
• Oversee design and development of new synthetic routes for API manufacture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tech transfer to manufacturing.
• Guide lab experiments, modeling, and data generation for process design.
• Plan short and long-term development activities and allocate resources.
