Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, quality and process optimization.
Strong understanding of statistical process control and statistics.
Leadership to drive projects and cross-functional teams.
Customer focus and data-driven decision making.
Effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Introduce new materials, products, and processes while improving production, quality, and packaging efficiency.
Implement capital budgeting strategies and recommend equipment improvements with specifications.
Improve process capabilities using statistical methods to meet customer needs.
Create and update plant procedures, electronic recipes, work instructions, and in-process tests; train staff.
Troubleshoot issues and establish root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
Lead or join project teams to drive initiatives to completion.
