Job summary

Sika in Lyndhurst seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead all process engineering activities, driving efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainable manufacturing. This hands-on role focuses on design, implementation, and operation to maximize profitability.

You will structure and manage the process engineering team, oversee capital projects, lead lean improvements and root cause analysis, and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering dept to improve process capability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee process design, implementation, and operation in Lyndhurst.
• Direct engineers; participate in capex planning.
• Drive lean improvements, error-proofing, and packaging efficiency.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop technical reports and support project timelines.
• Support corporate objectives and new technologies for process optimization.
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence in all activities.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and maintenance.
