Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Improve quality and productivity to meet customer and market needs.
• Lead process teams and drive initiatives to completion.
• Create and update SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, and process diagrams.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Plan capital improvements and evaluate equipment changes with budgeting input.
