Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in chemical/ mechanical/ industrial engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing, quality and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control and quality systems.
• Ability to lead projects and drive cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Improve quality and productivity while reducing costs.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Create and update plant procedures, SOPs, PFMEAs and control plans.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
