Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of engineering experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, SPC, DOE and statistical tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead or actively contribute to cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, quality and cost.
• Recommend and implement equipment and work-method improvements to increase throughput.
• Design and specify new equipment and tooling to meet production and quality needs.
• Support installation, testing and optimization of new or modified equipment.
• Develop manufacturing processes to improve repeatability, yield and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement sustainable CAPAs with Quality Engineers.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create process docs, SOPs, and diagrams; draft validation docs for changes.
• Manage nonconforming material documentation and disposition activities.
