Job summary

LeoForce in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a mid‑level manufacturing engineer to own and optimize production processes for aerospace components. You’ll lead continuous improvement, collaborate with engineering on design changes, and develop clear work instructions and test methods.

The role requires 4+ years in high-spec manufacturing, hands-on CNC tooling, CAD (SolidWorks), ERP experience, and strong data-driven decision making. Join a team delivering essential space-grade solutions.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment.
  • Strong lean/continuous improvement background (Kaizen, A3, Poka-Yoke).
  • Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and drive data-based decisions.
