Job summary

Jobot in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Process Engineer to own and optimize production processes for aerospace components on-site. You will lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce cost and increase throughput, and work with engineering to implement design improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing, hands-on CNC and CAD experience, and a strong lean background. You will mentor technicians and help ensure safety and quality on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment.
• Strong background in lean/continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, Poka-Yoke).
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus).
• Ability to read technical drawings and drive data-based decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
