Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a medical device client, seeks a Process Development Technician in Minneapolis, MN. The role combines product development testing and pilot line support to optimize manufacturing processes.

You will work with engineering teams to perform DV-level testing, document results, assist with equipment troubleshooting, and help build out pilot manufacturing lines to scale new products. Direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 4-6 years industry experience.
• Exposure to medical device, electromechanical products, molding, dipping, or assembly operations preferred.
• Experience supporting product testing, process development, or manufacturing engineering activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Support product development testing, including DV-level testing activities.
• Assist with testing components and assemblies, documenting results, and capturing photos for analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and support day-to-day operational issues.
• Partner with operators and engineers to gather feedback and improve pilot line performance.
• Support the build-out and optimization of pilot manufacturing lines.
• Assist with process validation, data collection, and test execution.
