Qualifications

• 2-year degree or related vocational/apprenticeship or 4-6 years equivalent industry experience.
• Exposure to medical device, electromechanical products, molding, dipping, or assembly operations preferred.
• Experience supporting product testing, process development, or manufacturing engineering activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing setting.

A medical device client of ours is seeking a Process Development Technician to support the development and scaling of new products and manufacturing processes. This role will be approximately 75% product-focused and 25% equipment-focused, working closely with engineering teams to support product testing, pilot line development, and process optimization.
