Job summary

You will set up and qualify equipment, create documentation for IQ/OQ/PQ, and mentor Technicians to improve yield and cycle times in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing/operations technical role.
• Experience in medical device or GMP manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ tests and document results.
• Maintain equipment reliability and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions and validations.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to staff.
