Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading staffing and solutions company, is seeking a Process Development Technician in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses ~75% on product development and 25% on equipment, collaborating with engineering teams to support testing, pilot line development, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, with exposure to medical devices or electromechanical assemblies, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or related vocational/apprenticeship or 4-6 years equivalent industry experience.
• Exposure to medical device, electromechanical products, molding, dipping, or assembly operations preferred.
• Experience supporting product testing, process development, or manufacturing engineering activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing components and assemblies, documenting results, and capturing photos for analysis and reporting.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and support day-to-day operational issues.
• Partner with operators and engineers to gather feedback and improve pilot line performance.
• Support the build-out and optimization of pilot manufacturing lines.
• Assist with process validation, data collection, and test execution.
• Support product development testing, including DV-level testing activities.
