Bank of America Corporation is seeking a Process Design Consultant to analyze current-state processes, document business case opportunities, and drive process improvement initiatives within Operational Excellence. You will collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to deliver scalable, automated solutions across the credit lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Credit, Credit Operations, Transformation / Strategy, or Process Design role.
• Interest in learning new platforms and technologies.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile software development process.
• 10+ years experience in Financial Services Industry
• Understanding of Commercial Credit platforms and processes
• Experience leading Transformation / Change initiatives and influencing stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design‑oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.
• Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, SIPOC, RACI maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts
