Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in the United States seeks a Process Chemist to support batch manufacturing, scale-up, and new product development.

You will join the Site Leadership Team to drive Safety, Quality, and Continual Improvement, developing processes from 5L to 1000 gallons and executing standard batch operations. The role emphasizes process monitoring, deviation handling, and opportunities to improve efficiency and yield, with SOP writing, SAP ordering, and detailed recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry or related field required.
• Experience interpreting analytical results.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience presenting results.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation habits.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Commitment to Safety and Continual Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working knowledge of processes ranging from 5L to 1000 gallons.
• Execute standard batch manufacturing processes.
• Process monitoring, troubleshooting and deviations identification.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and yield.
• Coordinate with management to evaluate new project feasibility.
• Write and revise SOPs and ensure accurate SAP order execution.
