Job summary

Adesis Inc., a subsidiary of Universal Display Corporation, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Chemist in Delaware to support development, optimization and tech transfer of commercial manufacturing compounds. You will set up, operate, and clean laboratory equipment under guidance from chemists and senior staff.

Responsibilities include developing robust, safe processes, exploring alternative routes, and thorough documentation of batch records and reports.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry or related field required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in technical production, R&D, or new product development.
• Knowledge of process safety, regulatory environments, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust processes for target compounds ensuring safety and reproducibility.
• Create alternate synthetic routes and modify reagents or equipment as needed.
• Solve complex problems arising during development, optimization, or scale-up.
• Understand kinetics, design of experiments, solubility, crystallization, and mass/heat transfer.
• Document batch records, production instructions, and development reports; assist in QA records.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
