Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with extensive chemical process engineering experience.
• >15 years of chemical process engineering experience or 10+ years with a Master’s degree; minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Oversee pilot-scale experiments and testing to improve production processes.
• Drive validation, technology transfer, and process improvements to enhance yield, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and other departments for seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain P&ID standards and process specs; oversee test methods.
• Champion troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process issues using analytical tools.
• Implement KPIs to ensure process stability and capability; monitor performance.
