ABB in Cleveland, OH seeks a Project Engineer to lead Process Automation projects with DCS, system configuration and HMI development for US and global deployments. This is a hybrid role reporting to Engineering Manager and based in Cleveland.

You will collaborate with customers to shape solutions, manage work plans/budgets, and mentor junior engineers while upholding safety and quality standards. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of engineering experience; DCS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DCS, industrial networking, control logic development, and programming basics.
• Collaborative, solution-focused with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and deliver solutions with customers and drive improvements for 800xA projects.
• Develop and review standard processes, tools, and safety/commercial requirements.
• Create and manage the work plan and budget, including risk assessments.
• Support contract managers on scope changes, costs, and time impacts.
• Assist customers remotely and on-site in US and global projects.
• Coach entry-level engineers and support teams; grow management skills.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
