ABB is seeking an Associate Project Engineer to join the Automation Energy Industries team in the USA. The role involves creating or modifying pre-engineered designs, preparing drawings, BOMs, and engineering instructions as part of a hybrid work model (Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH during training, relocation to Cary, NC).

You will collaborate with an integrated design team, certify equipment specs, and manage orders while traveling up to 80%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Work on integrated design teams to meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Design automation enclosures and establish system cabinet assembly requirements.
• Certify equipment outline drawings, power consumption and cooling needs.
• Prepare system orders and monitor delivery status of ABB equipment.
