Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Process Architect to redesign critical business workflows to support automation, AI, and agentic AI-enabled working methods. You will map current processes, identify friction points, and design future-state processes that enable scalable, value-driven automation.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across construction operations, you will ensure solutions are implemented only after thorough evaluation, with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction operations, project delivery, process improvement, or operational workflow redesign.
Working knowledge of AI, automation, agentic workflows or digital solution design to identify where technology can reshape a workflow and where human judgement remains essential.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, operational workflows into clear future-state designs, decision maps, or process architecture outputs.

Responsibilities
