Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Process Architect to redesign critical business workflows to support automation and AI-enabled ways of working. You will map and improve processes before implementing technology, ensuring practical, scalable, and value-driven outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across construction operations, project delivery, and digital design to translate complex workflows into future-state designs that reduce friction and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction operations, project delivery, process improvement, or workflow redesign.
Experience with AI/automation to identify where technology can reshape workflow while preserving human judgement.
Ability to translate complex workflows into clear future-state designs and decision maps.

Responsibilities

Redesign critical business workflows to support automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
Ensure processes are evaluated, mapped, and improved before technology solutions are introduced.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current work and improve efficiency and outcomes.
