Job summary

Truist is seeking a Process Analyst to support process improvement initiatives, gather requirements, and provide operational/analytical support for Process Engineers. Role involves coordinating with SMEs and mentoring junior analysts while aligning with Enterprise Change frameworks.

Responsibilities include developing data collection plans, mapping processes, and delivering solutions for medium-scale projects. Office-based roles require presence at specified Truist locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, design, or technology.
• 4 years of process or project analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and BPM mapping proficiency.
• Self-starter with leadership, collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with common office software and process mapping.
• Experience applying problem solving toolsets to deliver process improvements.
• Six Sigma or related qualifications preferred.
• CAPM or related project mgmt designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide business process solutions as a Process SME for projects with moderate budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams and IT to analyze needs and develop solutions.
• Develop a data collection plan supporting Process Engineer projects.
• Propose improvements based on process maps and data analysis.
• Facilitate and document project meetings and design sessions.
• Manage small, scoped project initiatives.
• Lead process mapping sessions and ensure accurate owner discussions.
• Prioritize responsibilities to balance initiatives and deliverables.
