Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology or related field.
• four years of process or project analyst experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with BPM standards for mapping.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with process mapping and/or process modeling.
• Knowledgeable in applying problem-solving toolsets for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide business process based solutions to complex problems and act as a Process SME.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze and develop solutions for business needs.
• Instruct and guide other analysts; lead or contribute to projects of short to intermediate duration.
• Develop and implement a data collection plan for Process Engineers' projects.
• Assist with process improvement recommendations based on analysis.
• Facilitate and document project meetings and design sessions.
• Manage small project initiatives with limited scope.
• Facilitate and document process mapping sessions and ensure accurate documentation.
