You’ll contribute to building consistent documentation practices as the business grows, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and effective information delivery to diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procedure writing or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows for missing or unclear info.
• Proficiency with Word and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve procedures, work instructions, and process guides.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate workflows into actionable steps.
• Keep documentation accurate and aligned with current processes and client requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and collaborate to resolve them.
• Explore better ways to organize information, including AI-assisted tools.
