Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procedure writing, technical writing, operations documentation, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Create and improve procedures, work instructions, job aids, and process guides.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable steps.
• Keep documentation accurate, consistent, and aligned with current processes, systems, controls, and client requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with business partners to resolve them.
• Explore better ways to organize, maintain, and deliver information, including through technology and AI-assisted tools.
• Hands-on work where strong writing and problem-solving skills make a real difference.
