You will create and improve procedures, work instructions, job aids, and process guides while partnering with subject matter experts to translate workflows into actionable steps. You’ll ensure accuracy and consistency with current processes, systems, and client requirements, while identifying gaps to resolve.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procedure/technical writing experience
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify gaps or conflicts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create and improve procedures, work instructions, job aids, and process guides.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex workflows into actionable steps.
• Keep documentation accurate, consistent, and aligned with current processes, systems, controls, and client requirements.
• Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with business partners to resolve them.
• Explore better organization and delivery of information, including through technology and AI-assisted tools.
