• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather information and ensure technical accuracy
• Translate complex or technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible language for varied audiences
• Organize and maintain documentation libraries, ensuring version control and consistency in formatting and style
• Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and adherence to company style guidelines
• Assist with creating templates and documentation standards as needed
• Support internal communications or program documentation related to efficiency programs, initiatives, or client-facing materials
• Meet project deadlines and deliverables within the contract timeframe

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably 3+ years
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex information into clear written content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or similar) a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Comfortable interviewing SMEs and extracting key information for documentation purposes
